Subsequent changes to odds, lineup announcements, or injury news do not affect a confirmed wager unless a specific market rule published by phmacoa states otherwise.

In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules take precedence. phmacoa's settlement decisions are final unless an obvious pricing or technical error is identified and acknowledged by the platform.

To protect all players and maintain the integrity of the platform, phmacoa prohibits the following activities. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with phmacoa's support team within seven calendar days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not normally be investigated. phmacoa's determination following a good-faith review of the evidence is final and binding for all matters not involving an obvious pricing error.

phmacoa may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered players by email or via an in-platform message.

Your continued use of phmacoa after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should stop using phmacoa and request the closure of your account. Pending wagers placed before the effective date of a change will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time the wager was confirmed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
